In the world of fight promotion and sports entrepreneurship, there are few names as respected as that of Roy Englebrecht. For nearly 40 years, the Southern California-based promoter has built a stellar reputation among fans, athletes, and his peers for delivering top-notch boxing and mixed martial arts events while continuing to innovate and move both sports forward.

In addition to his work in the fight business, Roy has been involved with minor league sports for the past 40 years, as one of the original owners of the California League Class A Rancho Cucamonga Quakes. He also had ownership in the Arena Football League's Anaheim Piranhas and the West Coast Hockey League's Reno Rage. He founded and operated Sportscaster Camps of America, the leading sports broadcasting training school in America with over 2,250 alumni.

From 1975–1981 Roy served as Director of Promotions for the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Kings, and all Forum events. While at the Forum, Roy developed The Laker Girls dance team. He presently is on the advisory board in the Sports Management Master's Degree program at Long Beach State.

For the past 25 years Roy has spoken around the country on entrepreneurship, teaching how to develop "entrepreneurial eyes and entrepreneurial ears" as well as presenting the 10 Commandments of Being an Entrepreneur.

Roy has been married for 54 years to Nancy. They have two children, Allison West, 50, a former college and pro volleyball player and a son Drew, 46, a 2004 graduate of Vanguard University. Englebrecht earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from John Brown University and a Master of Education graduate degree from Northeastern Oklahoma State University. He served for 12 years on the City of Newport Beach's Parks, Beaches, and Recreation Commission. He is a former member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG), and has appeared in a television series, DTC movies, and a national commercial.

Kelly was born in Newport Beach, California, and raised in Mission Viejo, California. She grew up playing soccer for West Coast Futbol Club and the Southern California Blues. She made the Varsity women's soccer team at Mission Viejo High School as a freshman from 2001–2005 and played all four years. She was also a player for the Olympic Development program throughout her club career.

She continued her career playing Division 1 for the women's soccer team at the University of Iowa from 2005 to 2009 and graduated with her BA in English. After graduating, she coached Varsity soccer as the assistant coach at Mission Viejo High School from 2010 to 2012 while also entering her career as the Regional Manager for Soccerloco.

She is a huge sports fanatic, with soccer and football being her favorites. She currently lives a very beach and sports-filled life in Huntington Beach, California, with her husband Brian and two young children, Jack and Isla.
